A recent study from the University of Southern California found that a growing number of users find search results less accurate and reliable.
51% of those interviewed declared they trust Search Engine results, down from 62% in 2006.
The study identifies search as a fundamental means to find information and keep up to date, with only 46% of users inclined to believe that “most or all of the information online is generally reliable”.
